Bryan's most helpful hint for exercise bikes is to go with a padded seat. Then you can cycle away in comfort for whatever time you choose.

Magnetic resistance: at Sinclairs Health this is the majority of what we have in our hire fleet.

They have a super smooth action and are super quiet. And I mean super quiet!

They are so quiet that you will not distract other people watching T.V even if they are in the same room.

For extra comfort go for the two way adjustable seat. Adjustable up and sideways.

If you intend to move the bike go for one with transportable wheels - it makes it far easier to move the bike when required.
