We are a firm believer that you can change your exercise habits and body in just a few weeks.
The most important things is to ease your body into it.
Start with a brisk walk 3 times a week on your treadmill. Then start some interval training by jogging for a short time then walking and repeat.
Within a few weeks of this mix of jogging and walking 3 times a week for around 30 minutes you should have built up the endurance to run close to 5 km!
